Facility Rental Fees
PEAK ~ May through October:
Saturday and Holiday Events, up to 8 hours – $3,800
Friday and Sunday Events, up to 6 hours – $2,800
(Additional time may be arranged at $200/hour.)
OFF-PEAK ~ November through April:
Saturday and Holiday Events, up to 8 hours – $ 2,400
Friday and Sunday Events, up to 6 hours – $ 1,800
(Additional time may be arranged at $150/hour.)
In order to secure your date we need half of the rental as down payment, and the balance plus a $200 cleaning deposit will be due two months prior to your wedding date.
Cleaning deposit is fully refundable, due 2 months before event.
Custom rental and pricing available for mid week, business, or other social events.
Facility available for use between 10am and 10pm of scheduled event for number of hours specified in Facility Rental Fees. This includes renter’s set-up, vendor activities, guest activities, and clean-up. Additional time may be scheduled in advance: $200 per hour in Peak Season and $150 per hour in Off Peak Season.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm booking. The remainder of the facility use fee must be paid at least sixty (60) days prior to the event. Payments may be made with cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
